Please review the following policies before booking your appointment.
Booking: Appointments must be scheduled at least 1 to 2 hours in advance via our online booking platform or website.
Hair Preparation: Hair must be detangled and free of matting before your appointment. Excessive tangles or matting may result in extra fees, rescheduling, or refusal of service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in restricted access to future bookings.
Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrival beyond this window may lead to a shortened service or cancellation.
Guests & Children: To maintain a professional and relaxing atmosphere, only clients receiving services are permitted in the salon during appointments.
Health & Safety: Clients who are sick or exhibiting symptoms are asked to reschedule. The stylist reserves the right to refuse service in the interest of health and safety.
Refunds: We strive to ensure every client is fully satisfied with their service. In the event of a concern, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. Any refunds or service adjustments will be considered at the stylist’s discretion.
